Performing a split role: porphyry Cu-Au & HSE Au-Cu project generation & greenfield porphyry Cu-Au exploration projects. Worked closely with JV partner as technical – operational adviser, successfully influencing and negotiating the design and implementation of a technically sound and cost effective exploration project.  Driven the tendering, selection, design and management of a Pole – Dipole 3D IP geophysical survey reporting 0 LTIs. Dynamic real-time deep diamond drill hole targeting through integration of 3D magnetic models constrained using geological information, successfully reducing drilling costs and testing targets. Designed and developed DCF cash flow model to aid marketing of the project to senior management and steer ranking during target detection which increased confidence and increased budget allowances. Design and delivery of persuasive and empowering presentations to senior level executives leading to stronger project support. First-hand experience of SE Asian geology and many mineralised terrains including Batu Hijau Cu-Au deposit, LSE mineralisation in Kalimantan and HSE in Sumba Island and Sumatera. Development and implementation of SHEC management systems resulting Successfully zero LTIs for life of project. Working with the challenges of non-English speaking colleagues, developing new communication techniques and skills and becoming basic-conversational in Bahasa Indonesian.
