CurrentLeads the overarching technical direction for all HR technologies at the Enterprise level to ensure optimal functionality within a Workday-centric technology ecosystem.Contributes to functional implementation strategies to ensure optimal integrations with existing strategies.Develops solutions to complex problems/projects across multiple domains or clientsDevelops & delivers strategic educational training/workshops for HR and the Enterprise to assist in understanding Workday concepts and how they integrate with other applications/platforms.Participates in HR strategy planning meetings and provides technical insights on current and new functionality that supports current and future endeavors.Proactively evaluate emerging technology and new functionality released by technology providers for applicability to the business strategy while ensuring emerging technology is a strategic fit within the overall enterprise architecture and agreed upon technology standards.Collaborates with Enterprise Information Technology to build Workday security, business processes and integrations.Serves as the lead technical resource for HR related RFP’s to ensure alignment with Procurement and optimal vendor integrations.
