Designed and introduced new automated systems that scaled to match the operational requirements of the senior executives.- Led the analysis and integration of several key Infor products into the audit toolset. Proactively engaged with product managers and application development teams to understand how and where key auditable information was stored within Infor products. Utilising this analysis to deliver the License Management organisation the ability to audit customers license usage of Infor intellectual property for these products through use of an automated toolset.

Order to Delivery business process and systems.o Senior business analyst and project manager responsible for successful delivery of several key initiatives within Jaguar and Land Rover finished vehicle distribution. - Successfully delivered the analysis and design to facilitate the tracking of JLR vehicles from start of production through to dealer delivery globally. I proactively engaged with key internal departments including vehicle manufacturing and Finance as well as external logistics partners to develop the business processes and systems requirements for the project. I delivered a robust XML schema based on OAGIS standards to enable cross company system interoperability with multiple external logistics partners.- I was also lead for a major process re-engineering of all JLR distribution process throughout Europe working with key lead logistics providers that led to substantial cost and time savings across the distribution operation.

o Lead Business Analyst / Project Manager for the replacement of MG-Rover National Sales Companies financial ledgers systems as part of an overall Pan-European Vehicle Order and Finance programme with the IFS ERP package. - Delivered detailed data analysis, data modelling and data conversion of legacy financials data for import into IFS ERP system. - Responsible for the successful delivery of the financials project in line with the main vehicle ordering programme of work. I successfully delivered on time and budget in Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and France.- I also proactively identified many opportunities to migrate from high cost legacy systems to the new core IFS system. Delivered business cases and detailed analysis of potential efficiencies and savings.
