Responsibilities included leading the negotiation, memorialization, legal management of, and management and mitigation of risks and resolution of disputes related to, a wide variety of contracts and business operations for Quanta’s many subsidiaries and operating units, primarily related to the development, engineering, construction, operation, and maintenance of large infrastructure projects in power distribution, transmission, and generation (conventional and dual-axis, focused solar PV), electrical specialty, gas transmission, and refining. Review of domestic and international bid invitations and accompanying contractual terms and conditions. Assisting with permitting, site access, and licensing.
