Delivering customer care for our community members ensuring that their experience with our company and our products is the best it can be. I have put a lot of my personality into this role and am dedicated to providing care with an enthusiastic and friendly manner.Along with being a Customer Service Champion, I have even been able to incorporate skills from my technical background in audio and video production to develop the video department within Design Cuts. I created this role to become more of a creative influence within our company. I am responsible for the creation of all our video content from showcasing our products to engaging posts on our social media channels.

My main role was to provide excellent service in assisting the customer in choosing the show and seating they have requested in both phone sales and in person. I had full knowledge of the current and future shows coming to the Mayflower such as running times, cast lists and previous reviews of the show that can be provide to the customer upon request.Trained and experienced in working with the Tessitura ticketing system the theatre operates.The Mayflower Theatre holds a very high reputation in the Southampton community, being the largest West End touring production theatre in the south. I have dedicated myself to providing the appropriate attitude and enthusiasm in my role that reflects this outstanding reputation.My ‘casual’ role at the theatre allowed me to continue my studies at the Solent University, due to the similarities - the theatre was very gracious in allowing me to base my final year thesis on the acoustics of the auditorium and has allowed me to experience the backstage areas whilst a show is on. Learning about the rigging and counterweighting systems was particularly interesting!
