• Spearheaded ambitious participation initiatives resulting in 1,600 athletes state-wide by leading the Program Department to focus on athlete involvement, satisfaction, and increased participation numbers.
• Increased coach participation in sporting certification clinics 120% in the first six months ensuring that each offered sport had at least one nationally certified coach per team.
• Reduced competition division errors 35% by transitioning the state level athlete competition entries from a paper-based system to an electronic platform. The system was then adapted for area competitions.
