As the Office Assistant I work with customer relationship management softwares in order to keep the bridge of contact from customer to manager open. I administered physical and digital filing systems, keeping records well-organized and easily retrievable by team members. I also created and maintained spreadsheets and billing info to make sure no data loss happened and to keep files up to date.

As the public relations intern I acted as the jack-of-all-trades to the company. Throughout the course of my internship I gained valuable knowledge of the day to day life of a boutique PR firm and learned how to work in a team with fast-paced objectives. Not only did I work in the research side of securing clients and pitching, I also helped plan and organize on-site events and promotions. As partners to the official hosts of the Grammy Gift Lounge I was in charge of promoting the event to influencers and clients, securing brands for a spot in the gift lounge, and gaining coverage for the brands. I was also acting as the assistant to the CEO with whatever help she needed, such as restaurant and hotel accommodations, file organization, event planning, and general communication.
