Support the VA GAO HRL Program Management Office (PMO) in developing, implementing, and managing Area of Concern (AOC) project and program management processes and tools for achieving the Managing Risks and Improving VA Healthcare HRL removal criteria.Provide project and programmatic support to the Policy & Processes Area of Concern workgroup; coordinate and manage communication, engagement, and governance activities between the Policy & Processes AOC and the VA GAO PMO.Coordinate with the VA GAO HRL PMO and other portfolio stakeholders to develop and establish organizational change management and communication resources.

Managed multiple NGO and USG client portfolios including the World Bank Group, the Environmental Protection Agency, US Forest Service – International Programs, and USAID.Oversaw and curated client relationships and managed delivery schedule of services. Designed and prepared scope of work proposals and liaised with internal counsel on contract modifications. Coordinated with client leadership on contracting, invoicing and budgetary compliance. Designed and delivered consulting packages; produced course & training materials, webinars, process guides, and project status reports.

Contracted as content analyst and French-language editor within the Fragility, Conflict & Violence Unit in preparation for publishing the 2015 Post Conflict Mali Development Report. Translated report from French to English in preparation for joint publication with the United Nations and African Development Bank.Reviewed and analyzed source materials and supplemental reports for advising staff authors; interviewed and coordinated with field staff contributors.

Served as assistant manager for indirect tax department in Budapest office. Compiled, sorted, and analyzed clients’ tax receipts for quarterly filings of VAT returns and Intrastat reports to the Dutch and French government tax authorities. Worked within international cluster teams to advise clientele on financial reporting best practices and to ensure compliance with both domestic and European Union trade regulations.

Served as junior paralegal to attorney staff at international corporate litigation firm.
