• Participating in the regional planning, collaborate with sales management team to define regional sales strategy and to develop products solutions responsive to the customer's business, and implement sales plans.
• Follow up Design institutes, key end users, engineering contractors and OEM etc.

• Coordinate backup Dept. to complete bidding files compilation and bidding strategy setting/implement.
• Close the loop with oversea team for international project to make sure John Crane been involved in short list.
• Coordinate OEM one by one to ensure OEM sales master project processing on time and achieve order intake.
• Consolidate success First installation list; actively support end user team to assure after service business to be tracked.
• Use project tools (GPS、CRM、Siebel) to analysis/manage processing
