Elected to lead and represent a chapter of 81 members, overseeing all organizational operations, member engagement, and strategic initiatives. Responsibilities include:Managing a team of executive board members to ensure smooth execution of events and adherence to fraternity policies.Setting and achieving goals for the chapter's growth, financial stability, and community involvement.Developing and implementing plans to improve member development and retention.Acting as the primary liaison between the chapter, alumni, national headquarters, and university officials.Leading chapter meetings, conflict resolution, and decision-making processes to uphold organizational values.

Beginning as an apprentice at age 15, I worked my way from maintaining the shop to client-based fabrication, gaining experience in MIG, TIG and stick welding. I also coordinated with individual clients and work with them through the whole design process.
