In this role I led a team of legal, compliance and investigation professionals responsible for overseeing the management of the organisations most significant integrity and compliance incidents, managing the Group’s incident management and whistleblowing program (Speak-Out), overseeing group wide conduct risk standards and procedures (i.e. conflicts of interest, G&E, third party due diligence, business integrity and incident management, whistleblowing and investigation principles) and managing group wide compliance and assurance programs (i.e. contract and project approval and reviews, third party due diligence, computer forensic, e-review and continuous monitoring tools and capacity).
