Developed global business relationships with top collaboration technology providers to expand Lenovo Smart Collaboration and partner solutions. Leveraged Lenovo's industry leading, purpose-built computing and audio-video accessories along with those of partners to build out more capable yet simpler collaboration solutions for Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, and Google Meet.

Built the channel for the new Smart Collaboration startup business in a commissioned sales leadership role, to transform the conference room experience. Quickly established new relationships with existing Lenovo distributors, national sales partners (NSP’s), and tier two (T2) resellers as well as recruiting new audio-visual (AV) partners to carry the line.
