At Tilt Events, we run and provide venues for events all over the UK. Some of the packages we offer include live music, roller discos, silent discos, swing dancing, beer halls, comedy clubs, formal and informal dining, and a range of formats for arts events, weddings, Christmas markets, film screenings and more.In my role as operations manager I am responsible for:-Sourcing and managing the crew to complete the build and pull down of structures at events-Overseeing the completion the build and pull down in a safe, timely and cost efficient manor-Sourcing staff to work at the events-Liaising with site staff to ensure a smooth running of the eventI am also responsible for the bars side of the events where my role includes:-The setup and pack down of bars for the event-Sourcing and training staff to work on the bars-Sourcing and negotiating prices for the products we sell-Designing event specific menus, eg, cocktail menus-General running of the bars
