I'm an intellectual property attorney with a background in mechanical and manufacturing engineering and a strong interest in product development. With this background and my legal training , I provide patent and trademark prosecution services including application drafting and prosecution, comprehensive patent and trademark searches, IP due diligence, and IP portfolio management. I also help clients protect their intellectual property and enforce their rights online through copyright and trademark takedowns. Recently I have been developing patent litigation support skills including assisting with non-infringement analysis, invalidity analysis, and claim construction.Previously, I was an experienced Proposal Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the manufacturing/assembly industry. Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Sales, and Computer-Aided Design (CAD). Strong professional with a Master of Science (MS) in Project Management and Bachelor of Science (BS) in Mechanical Engineering from Northwestern University. I am very interested in product development and design and interacting with customers and end-users in that process.
