Led 30 member team in the procurement of medical supplies to support quality health care for 113K beneficiaries. Monitored procurement, inspection, storage, accountability, issue/control of $44 million dollars in annual sales. Oversaw inventory and tracking of $18.6 million equipment program for 115 accounts and 39 tenant units. Directed government contracting section consisting of 96 contracts/$10.1 million dollars/ 135 full time employees. Managed government purchase card accounts; 14 card holders/ 3 thousand transactions for $277 thousand dollars. Piloted 13 asset vehicle program worth $1.2 million dollars. Heads clinic safety program; ensured all sections compliant with wing directives.

Directed logistical support for 10-bed inpatient treatment facility; managed day to day leadership of a 47 member unit, three functional areas and seven administrative areas. Piloted equipment inventory of 1.8 thousand items worth 10 million dollars with a 99.7% accuracy rate. Oversaw $391 thousand dollar in government purchase card acquisitions; expertise garnered error free inspection of program. Mentored 20 Afghan National Army Soldiers in supply chain management. Installed first ever Afghan National Army Inventory Management System program supporting over 29 million Afghans; efforts earned Meritorious Service Medal and a certificate of Appreciation from the Afghan National Army Surgeon General.

Performed network management, control, and administration in test network environment to test Department of Defense medical software. Led acquisition and inventory management of all hardware in the medical systems program office. Procured hardware and oversaw network configuration, faults, performances, and security management; installed, configured, and secured 3 servers and 26 laptop clients for software testing. Developed automated functional test scripts for conversion process; reduced average conversion time by 3 hours--75% faster. Implemented Air Force security fixes, operating system patches, and antivirus software; engineered AF unique system image for deployed medical systems, reduced install time by 97%. Built program office web pages; ensured crucial training materials and software were readily available

Planed and prioritized the daily operations of the medical logistics element; responsible for the inventory and functionality of 230 computers and peripherals. Implemented Inventory management system on pocket barcode scanners; resulted in fewer errors; reduced inventory time by 6 hours. Provided hardware and software support for 230 system users; procured and installed infrastructure upgrade; 80 network lines; increased productivity by 50% . Provided core network services configuring, installing, and managing data services at the network hardware and software operating systems level; maintained uninterrupted service for processing medical supplies in excess of $60 million.
