I am a Director within the UK Valuation team based in London and have over 15 years experience within the property sector and have specialised in valuations for the past twelve years. I act as a single point of contact and co-ordinate regulated purpose valuations for a large number of clients dealing with shopping centres and retail portfolios in addition.

I worked within the landlord and tenant, valuation, proeprty management and rating teams.I completed my own caseload of rent reviews and lease renewals of retail, industrial and officeproperties and had involvement with third party submissions.I valued wide ranging types of properties from warehouses and office buildings to sports grounds andpastiche.

I was responsible for a portfolio of 280 retail units across the UK.I dealt with day to day management issues and managing the sublet properties.I was involved with acquiring new sites and assessing the viability of sites.I negotiated the disposal of shops and store rooms to landlords.I authorised rent, rate and service charge invoices and was involved.
