Primary duty is to communicate with clients by phone and email to give the status of container freight movement. Successfully engaging with customers by ensuring their issue will be resolved as completely and quickly as possible.

Handling shipments from the time we receive a pre-advise or a customer booking, making payments to carriers and vendors, working with internal or external brokers and arranging last mile delivery and POD. Monitoring of shipments, creating reports and quotes. Direct communication with customers, overseas offices, steamship lines and truckers. Excellent pro-active customer service support and great communication skills are key factors to success in this fast paced position. Obtaining and maintaining a high level of data quality.

Responsible for the execution of export documentation requirements for shipments originating in the US to destinations globally, which include Letter of Credit shipments, commercial invoices, etc.

Responsible for the timely processing of client shipments, accurate classification and correct billing of all client shipments, including U.S. Customs and other government agencies releases. Arrange for final delivery of freight to client’s facilities.
