Responsible for performing and maintaining equipment related to conductor,installation services, running and handling servicers for hydraulic power tongs andancillary equipment for both tubular running services.Responsible for the accurate making up and breaking out of tubular connections (allsizes).Ensuring all required document records are completed.Conducting maintenance checks and verifying certification of equipment prior toequipment mobilisation, both onshore and offshore.While onshore require maintaining equipment and update maintenance record asdirected by operation coordinator.Responsible for packing and unpacking, connecting disconnecting, inspectingmonitoring, testing and operating all equipment at the jobsite.Remove thread protector from casing, attach pick up lines to casing, attach clampson casing, pushes or/ pulls suspended casing to position and align casing forcoupling. Remove hand slip from casing or operates spider to enable driller to lowerthe string of coupled casing into borehole. Places hand slip around casing or operatespider and elevator at the wellhead to prevent the string of casing from falling intothe borehole during change or addition of casing section.Abiding by all relevant QHSE policies and procedure.Prioritize the health and safety.

Responsible for the ongoing planning and supervision of the day-to-day activities of themaintenance section.Required to demonstrate leadership by providing clear, complete and accurate information anddirection on quality requirements, process standards and any potential health and safety hazard.Coordinate and act as the central point of communication with the warehouse andmaintenance department equipment requirement and movement matter.Ensure all Quality, safety & Environmental policies and procedures are adhered and compliedwhen checking, repairing or maintaining equipment.Ensure all company policies and procedure are adhered to in all aspect of the job.Assist to manage all required documentation records are completed accurately and in a timelymanner.Administer physical check in equipment received and ensure it conform to contract.Make periodic physical inventory check on spare part.Preparing documentation -COG, Delivery ticket, Return ticket and Material Transfer.Undertake any other task as designated by management.Responsible with import and export international shipment.Coordinate with freight forwarder for import and export shipmentInventory managementApply cost-effective management techniques.Apply FIFOBuilding strong and collaborative with local and international supplier relationship

Ensure all works are performed to the specified standard and specification though the documented quality system. Ensure compliance to work order system, Plan and prepare production schedule for manufacture products. Draw up master schedule to establish sequence and lead time of each operation to meet shipping dates according to sales forecast and customer order.Plan and schedule workflow for each sub-department and operation according to previously established manufacturing sequences and lead times.Plan sequence of fabrication, assembly, installation, and other manufacturing operationfor guidance of production workers.Confer with department leader to determine status of assigned work order, expedite operation that delay schedule and alter schedule to meet unforeseen condition.Prepare production report, list required material, tool and equipment, prepare purchase order to obtain material, tool, equipment and inspection service. Ensure only conforming product are released to customer and proper segregation of nonconforming product or goods.Stop processing, delivery and installation of nonconforming product until deficiency condition has been rectified. Coordinate and expedite flow of material, part and assemblies between sections and department according to production schedule.Maintains manual and computerized records. Review production schedule and related information. Requisition material and establishes sequential delivery dates to department according to job order priorities and material availability. Examines material delivered to production departments to verify conformance to specification. Arrange in plant transfer of material to meet production schedule, Computes amount of material required to complete job order, applying knowledge of product and manufacturing process.Compiles and maintain computerized record, such as material inventory, in process production report and status location of material. Move material from department to another using material handling equipment. Arrange for repair and assembly of material and part.Monitor and control movement of material.
