My additional responsibilities include comfort and crisis care, biblical counseling, conducting weddings and funerals and other church related services. I am responsible for the management of the church office and staff. I lead as an ex officio member of all committees. I lead the budget development process each year for our church which has a budget of approximately 500K. I lead in the development and implementation of the strategic planning for the ministries of the church. I have lead Long Range Facility Planning and improvements along with the corresponding Fundraising Campaign bringing the first phase of each to their completion and debt retirement. I have served the Fairfield Community Hospital as a volunteer chaplain through the Fairfield Area Ministerial Alliance for five years. Show less
