Manager, Product Experience And InnovationSince Fall 2017, I've been with CommunityAmerica's Innovation Lab. We started this lab to create products and services that really make a difference for our members. I began my journey here as a Senior Front-End Developer and eventually Senior Product/UX Architect.In my current role as the Manager of Product Experience and Innovation, my main task is determining exactly what we need to build to meet our members' needs and support our business goals. It's about understanding our users inside and out and ensuring we're creating something valuable for them.
