The project process requires continuous collaboration between vendor partners, digital, marketing, category and design teams. Our team managed and deployed over 500 successful projects in 2018.

An opportunity within the agency opened up for me to gain further experience working with projects directly with the client and the creative process.My new role consisted of direct client facing responsibilities that included communicating, managing and ensuring client satisfaction while maintaining projects were within budget and assuring client’s project are executed within the agency’s creative process. My responsibilities included coordinating project’s task utilizing Workamajig softerware within the agency while ensuring goals were effective and achieved. I also documented all project related communications with the agency to help the client develop focused objectives, strategies and ideas. I managed projects from the creative layout process through imaging and those projects included signage, POP and brochures along with coordinating final print deliverables/kits to stores or distribution centers.

I coordinated with our agency and all external clients to provide guidance and suggestions to execute print projects within budget and on schedule. Also managed, guided or outsourced print projects for the agency while meeting or exceeding client’s expectations for final printed items. I have experience with foil stamping, embossing, finishing and kitting of printed products. Utilizing Presswise my responsibilities included estimating/invoicing, scheduling and creating kit list of all print projects within the print shop and outsourced projects. Basically, putting ink on paper for any agency project was my main responsibility. I also had the opportunity to work with all of the web to print accounts and provide ideas to improve and streamline the work flow process and gained a good understanding of the web to print business model. I provided detailed Presswise/Excel reports of print order history and trends and suggested new products to help the client enhance or improve their marketing needs.

Daily responsibilities included managing of the Prepress production and Customer Service departments.I worked closely with the agency staff and created all production schedules for photography, catalogs, ads, billboards and POP projects from the creative process through the prepress department to delivering final print ready files. I am comfortable with managing and adjusting schedules to meet or exceed client expectations. I reviewed and marked up all proofs for color accuracy or to match product. It included estimating and invoicing all prepress projects. I have a thorough working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite along with working on a daily basis in Microsoft Office suite. I created and implemented a complete digital workflow for invoicing.
