At Complex Care Center, an innovative healthcare startup focused on delivering Advanced Primary Care to patients with chronic conditions, I play a key role in strategic development and finance. Ideal Option is now one of the Nation's largest opioid use disorder treatment providers. Building an organization that is on the front lines of combating the opioid epidemic requires daily innovation across the workforce. Fortunately, the team was up to the challenge as we successfully grew the organization from two clinics in one State to over sixty clinics across ten States.
