•Initiated a smart toilet monitoring project by constructing a circuit with sensors and performing data analytics to improve the efficiency of toilet maintenance by cleaners.•Collaborated with an experienced full-stack engineer and successfully designed and optimized an algorithm to predict the next maintenance schedule.•Guided junior interns with mathematical concepts and presentation skills to enhance their learning.

•Represented unit in dog demonstrations to local & foreign ministers, military personnel and government officials in efforts to strengthen military ties between countries.•Performed administrative work such as writing emails, indenting ration and data entry under the supervision of superiors to facilitate operational readiness of the unit.•Trained a section of at least 6 trainees to familiarize with unit procedures and become more operationally ready when deployed to duty areas.
