So that we can enjoy life in harmony.One of our bigger events is the Let's Start a Fire Festival we organise each year. Three days full of workshops and activities such as; Ecstatic Dance, Mantra singing, Connective Drumming, Hula Hooping, Breathwork, Yin Yoga, Meditation, Voice expression, Primal release.

During group activities, I make sure that people feel at home by keeping the place neat and making sure that everyone has enough to eat and drink. Also preparing everything for a fun day, walking with a goat or a break-in room for example.

Connective drummingDrumming and creating rhythms together strengthens connection! It’s not strange that people are doing it for over a thousand years. I don’t use regular drums, but my own handmade Meraki Drum. It doesn’t matter if you’re experienced or not, everybody can join and play something. I loved making these drums and that ‘Meraki-feeling’ is what I want to share during the drumming.

Together with a good friend who founded Forward To The Basics, I organize different kinds of workshops that focus on nature and sustainability. Besides the workshop Forward To The Basics is also the vehicle for realising our dream, to buy a piece of land and start a nature based community.

Being self employed gives me the freedom to explore business ideas and gives me the possibility to be flexible in what I do. Almost everything I do is in someway rooted in my WHY to bring people closer to themselves, each other and nature. Together with my friends of Garden of Sweden we provided bushcraft and nature courses for dutch people. During these courses we focussed on personal development and being who you truly are. I had a great time and seeing people grow mentally is such a fulfilling thing to do.

Purpose:Inspiring and supporting people so that they can be who they truly are, can do what they really love and take care of the people around them. So that they can make choices based on intrinsic motivation and can develop themselves to their full potential. As a result people are happier, more confident, work more efficiently and create a meaningful and fulfilling life.
