Axio TV is a start-up television technology and an advanced hybrid service provider of On-Demand content, over-the-air television, and over-the-top television. We have a Set-Top-Box (STB) technology that is a hub for distributing live and and On-Demand interactive content onto one's television.

As a team we developed a business plan for an online interactive and self-paced mathematic program called RUReady.net.We performed market and patent research, developed business strategies for product development, marketing, management, and finance. We consulted with inventors and business owners and pitched the "BIG IDEAS" to board members. We were recognized as one of the Top 10 Finalist in the Opportunity Quest and as Semi-Finalists in the Utah Entrepreneur Challenge. Most importantly, we raised $250K through the Utah Center of Excellence and matching funds.

The day after the election, my four-year old daughter Lydia excitedly asked, "Dad, did you win mayor?" Trying to respond optimisticly, I replied, "Nope, but I got 2nd place..." Quickly she returned, "Oh goodie, does that mean you still get to be mayor?" Trying to gather my words, I said, "Umm, no but..." Lydia quickly interrupted and asked, "But you still get to be my daddy right?" I guess that's what it is all about... I still get to be daddy... Lydia was my right-hand supporter as we walked the streets of Lindon as well as many others. The experience was great, and I believe that our message was heard.If citizens are willing to serve and give of their time and resources, then the city should facilitate that desire - not hinder it. And last but not least, don't judge the character of one another based on their age, where they live, or whether they own a horse or not. We're a community. Lets continue to build one.
