Responsible for all aspects of group sales at the largest convention hotel in Arkansas featuring 478 guests rooms and 45,000 sq. ft. of function space. Proven results in attracting regional, national and "niche" international organizations. Member of senior management. Serves as Manager On Duty.

Responsible for all aspects of administration at the premiere non-denominational camp and conference center in Arkansas. Upgraded and rebranded the center to attract weekday off-season corporate and SMERF groups to subsidize ministry related events. Served as Director of Development, Interim Executive Director and General Manager.

New position focused on Major Gifts, Capital Improvements, Annual Giving and Public Relations. Promotion of camp and conference facilites and services integral to increasing revenue.

Responsible for all aspects of conference center administration.

Responsible for all aspects of conference center and special event administration of this Winthrop Rockefeller facility located on 365 acres atop Petit Jean Mountain. Rebranded and jump-started the center to become the premiere educational and corporate conference and retreat facility in Arkansas. Implemented International Association of Conference (IACC) philosophy and standards in 1995. Continues to be only IACC facility in Arkansas. Served as Facilities and Conference Center Manager during this time.

Assisted with sales, merchandising and marketing. Served as Customer Service Representative at Dog Patch USA Theme Park.

Assisted in all areas of retail management.
