Established and ran a digital and analog photo studio. Ensured proper ventilation of darkroom and safe storage and disposal of lab chemicals. Held art galleries, events, and client sessions. Other tasks included organizing and tracking equipment, securing backups of important files on site, and managing accounts payable. Converted the studio into a health facility in the wake of COVID to switch the business model to a more profitable one. Laws in the State of Michigan were rigid and lengthy in duration and swift restructuring was crucial.

Created promotional resources for the company and sold a portion of photographic materials directly to the customer. While creating photographic work for the company’s marketing team I created separate files stored securely online and sent them to the parents of the children already enrolled in the program. I cataloged, organized, and delivered thousands of individual projects to clients in order to elevate customer experience and to create enrollment and marketing materials for the company.

Held marketing and advertising position for on-site university events, promotions, and alumni communications. This position required; event coordination, photography and lighting, art direction, editing, and copyrighting. A large portion of this job required meeting with team members to establish goals and revisions of materials to ensure quality deliverables to the university’s communications team and their varying publications.

Worked on the marketing team with large brands such as Pepsi, Bud Light, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and others who purchased ad space at the field. The objective was to capture fan and athlete engagement with brand activations to encourage renewed advertising contracts and showcase ad space for prospects. Additionally, it was within my responsibilities to photograph celebrity experience, game day performers, preseason training camps, youth events, and community engagement for social channels, the company website, and materials both digital and print.
