Since 2012, as the general manager of shoptech, I have focused on many areas.Of customer assignments, I have had the pleasure of being a part of our customers' journey, some from fresh start to success.Among other things, I have been part of piercingfabrikken.dk since 2014 and have been lucky enough to track figures on what a change it has made with the development we have made.Good big assignments include, joybuggy.dk, luxstore.dk, silkefoto.dk, dragebyen.dk, mostersskur.dk, auto-ren.dk, inoplay.dk and many more.In my time, I have been involved in building about 400 shops, each in its own unique way.I have also been fortunate to be a part of development assignments for external company here among partner-ads.com and profitmetrics.io.Today we have about 100 customers and manage all IT on a daily basis, from server to performance on their shop.In the time I have worked with webshops, feedback has always been the biggest part of further development, which today has led to my own development according to the concept "work smarter, not harder"I have always been lucky enough to keep employee which is very important to be able to improve all the time.Over the years, demands have been increasing, which we have only been able to keep up with precisely because of a stable employee staff who are continuously becoming more and more specialized within their area.It is a fantastic journey to be part of seeing a person quietly find their area and passion and to help lead such an employee to one of the best in their field.This means that today we have specialists in database, design, frontend, backend, email setup and much much more.Today we have shops that spend more than 50 hours a month with us, which I can only take as feedback that what we do works.We live by the concept that we are not just a developer but a partner for other companies.Over time, I have seen a lot of what works and does not work and that experience we pass on to our customers.Internally, we have developed our own tool to keep track of tasks, hours, checklist and much more.It has cost a lot of time to build but in return we are now with a tool where our customers can always follow 100% what we do, how long a task takes and how efficient we are.Shoptech is not just a company but my child who allows me to carry out my passion in the shop system which in my opinion is the best in the world.Since I have not done anything else since 2012, I feel robust and strong in the ecommerce field in a way that I could only wish everybody have the opportunity to experience.
