Responsible for preparing, monitoring and managing the day-to-day operations of the university operating budget; developing, planning and comopleting budget schedules, completing and administrating all aspects of preparing consolidated budgets which ggregate all university departments and operations; developing and maintaining a budgeting system for the Budget Office and departmental users; developing and ensuring adherence to timelines related to the budget process; and developing budget assumpitions for use across university departments. Additional duties include preparing detailed analyses of variances from the budget throughout the fiscal year as well as at fiscal year-end; developing and maintaining the university's long-term planningmodel, including long-rangte operating and capital budgets, balance sheets, and cash flow projects; budget adjustments; internal budget revisions and auxiliary fund budgets; responsible for the development of independent budget forms and formats in accordance with quidelines estgablished by state Government and other funding agencies, iand interpret limited policies therin connected. Perform a variety of activities that are budget related which require frequent applications of independent judgment, planning and initiative. Develops operating procedures and establishes internal controls for budget office; monitors and reviews all personnel action forms; responsd to legislative budget requests. Also, interfaces with staff from other agencies, such as the Board of Regents, Office of Planning and Budgets and the Legislative Fiscal Office along with Internal and External Auditors.

Responsible for preparing grant applictions and re-applications, developing program job descriptions and work schedules. Implementing and monitoring recruitment and training plans. Collecting and analyzing program data, compiling monthly reports and final program progress. Supervise and evaluate the performance of staff, prepare and process all requisitions for program purchases. Coordinated all budgetary matters qand drafted all policies and procedures. Responsible for reporting on all program activities, accomplishments and evaluations program participants.
