- Plan and assign work within my assigned Focus Factory utilizing labor, equipment, material, schedule and layout to produce product at minimum cost consistent with acceptable quality standards- Implement and maintain team efforts that support the Moen Vision, Mission and Goal Objectives- Provide effective associate relations within the team by ensuring practices are fair, consistent and follow the Moen Operating Philosophy (Do What's Right, Work Together, Get Results)-Ensure safe working conditions and good housekeeping is maintained while meeting quality and cost requirements. Train and engage associates in improving safety practices- Interpret and enforce company policies, rules and safety regulations-Recommend and initiate personnel actions, such as promotions, transfers, terminations, pay increases, counseling and disciplinary measures-Maintain time and production records. Develop tracking mechanisms.- Identify and implement productivity improvements in my assigned Focus Factory- Participate and manage projects to promote continuous improvement and involve associates in finding and eliminating waste- Assess associate performance, perform coaching and conduct performance reviews to maximize associate potential-Responsible for forecasting and maintaining departmental budget- Recommend measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, quality of product, changes in conditions, safety and use of equipment to increase efficiency of department and team- Train associates to perform multiple standardized work combinations to meet changing demands and maintain equipment and processes at the desired process control and productivity levels- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

- Advise the commander and staff on all communications related issues- Develop policies and procedures for all battalion regarding communications- Responsible for Electronic Counter- Counter Measures (ECCM)- Establish and maintain networks within the battalion- Work closely with S3 (Operations) and supervisors with the Military Decision Making Process- Maintain and account for over $30 million dollars worth of communications equipment- Supervise operator and organizational maintenance of communication equipment- Manage all frequency allocations and assignments- Manage and direct communications security (COMSEC)- Plan, manage and direct automation systems administration, maintenance and security
