Duties were: the implementation of fabrication, assembly or installation manufacturing plans by coordinating with suppliers, engineering, and manufacturing/Integrated/Production teams/Design build teams. Coordinating/developing/issuing any tooling plans, interchangeability and replacement plans,and functional test plans. Using the established manufacturing procedures/process flows, (Kiazan); defining sequences of events to incorp in manufacturing shops, develops text and graphics work instructions, manufacturing datasets, tooling requirements, and manufacturing bills of material. Coordinated/ Lead communications with engineering design build teams to influence and clarify design concepts. Coordinated/Lead the estimated change incorporation with the optimizes processes, coordinated producibility issues/problems (production & postproduction) with manufacturing/shop in factory. Coordinated/Lead manufacturing teams to maintain configuration control of the manufacturing build plan.Knowledge of fabrication, assembly and integration of structures, tooling concepts, spares, airplane-on-ground repair, and welded and joined assemblies. (Understanding of manufacturing and tooling plans familiarity with aerospace structures,reference Boeing models 747,777, 737,737NG & 787) Ability to determine the preferred process, assist in developing the design concept, and direct the manufacture of structural assemblies.Computer Skills: Proficient with SAP Proficient with DCAC Experience with CATIA Experience with AutoCAD Experience with FLY THRU Proficient with: MS Word, Excel, MS Project, MfgPro
