Helped transform the company culture and organization along the path to improved performance, ownership and employee engagement.

Set up a Talent Management organization for Getronics Belgium (900+ employees): included responsibility for all recruiting processes with a team of 3 internal recruiters, plus development and retention programs (succession planning, leadership development, high potentials programs, training and development, knowledge management, ...)

Responsible for the global alliance business between Getronics and Microsoft worldwide. Direct responsibility for growing the partner business in EMEA, APAC, LatAm and North America. Accelerate sales with key global accounts. Develop global solutions offerings and execute sales and marketing initiatives in key markets. Build the relationship and network between key executives on both sides.
