Consultation services to Head Start, Early Head Start and Early childcare organizations for compliance in Head Start Management systems. We help you to be ready for Federal reviews, while assessing and measuring progress in program quality improvement systems. We advance employee effectiveness, capacity building and training, build monitoring systems through the dynamic use of data from your own ChildPlus.net, COPA and MyHeadstart, or locally created databases to improve early education and school age care quality.

Monitor MIS systems and ensure that all program areas are fully integrated with the HS/EHS components. Review, interpret, educate and utilize a broad array of data to identify trends and assist each Content Area to use the information to establish objectives for continuous program improvement.Analyze and monitor quality assurance mechanisms, and logistics of implementing a federally funded, mandated program with emphasis on structure(s), functions, and systems that support quality program operations.Recommend improvements to overall operations, including the development of operations manuals, internal procedures such as audit resolution processes, and identification of appropriate management and administrative procedures to strengthen management practices.

Management and oversight of ERSEA in the Head Start/Early Head Start program to ensure compliance with Head Start Performance Standards, licensing requirements, and program policies and procedures. Developed and implemented systems, to eliminate the considerable cost and logistical challenges involved with recurrent cycle of printing, distributing, reprinting, and redistributing paper forms with in the application process for entry into the program. These new systems have led to reduced errors with applicant data, and allowed for more seamless processing for application reviews. Savings-Reduced paper cost by 10 % ( WE save three trees per year because of this improvement), reduced wait times for parents by 40% and reduced Application times for Family Service Workers/Home Base Visitors by 50%.

Work in collaboration with the Head Start Director, program consultants/managers, for the administration of the Head Start and the Early Head Start program, including program design and management, with oversight of record-keeping and monitoring systems.
