Work as a freelance translator and creating my Vietlingo company, a translation and recruiment agency.Recruit co-translators of all language and sales / marketing staffs.Promote marketing the company and advertising it's brand, find cooperators and customers in Vietnam and over the world.

I have a responsibility to find and contact with manager, person in charge at projects such as schools, SOS villages, churches, ect. to discuss about English teaching plans and English opportunity as its effect to students' future career. After survey and receive the projects I recruit and assign suitable volunteers to projects, then follow and assist them while volunteering.After the course we help projects' managers to build up an English book library for students to keep their learning effectively.

I founded this Education teaching charity group in order to offer students in remote areas, orphanages free English and IT courses.

Translate documents, drawings, contracts, ect. Receive, manage and deliver documents to related units at the construction site. Communicate with supervisor and consultant unit. Support staffs in the company with clerical tasks. Work closely with engineers and staffs in the company.
