Project ManagerEncore Jan 2022 - PresentSan Antonio, Texas Metropolitan AreaEntertainment Technology and hospitality are a growing sector that offers consumers an elevated immersive entertainment experience, one that can make their time spent more enjoyable and may guarantee a return customer. I’ve been working in the entertainment and hospitality realm for over 10 years. Most of my work has been accomplished in a convention hall or hotel in cities such as Los Angeles, San Diego, Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, Dallas, Austin, and San Antonio. I’ve worked over a 1000 events and productions in my time. My current position is a Project Manager for a global events company called Encore. With Encore I oversee the execution of corporate tradeshows, seminars, tradeshows, and corporate parties that are pushing the boundaries for customers. My role as a project manager is multifaceted. It requires constant planning, communication, technical expertise, and customer service. How my skills come into play:Once a project or event has been sold by the inhouse team, I begin the process of building their event. This starts off with reviewing the show/event needs, speaking with the client’s pre-event, then sourcing the available technology and team members to execute and all while building a workbook to outline the plan. In the workbook I have cads, notes, and information from field visits..Logistics to solve:The pre-event processes would involve planning the event, finding technical vendors, working with our vendor labor suppliers, working with onsite teams, figuring out transportation logistics, designing technical diagrams, technical planning, and loading in and executing the event. I coordinate and arrange all facets such as event parking, security, and transportation with crew if needed. Onsite executionFirst day operations would consist of supervised load-ins, technical review, discuss plan with crew, and talk about desired daily goals. Executing an event for a week is process that involves constant forecasting. -

The goal is to use interactivity to make a truly participatory online television "like" experience. Currently online programming is still in it's infancy, and interactive programming is non-existent. Commenting on posts is the only interaction people have with one another.Fame Music Life live streaming network will use interactivity to reach a whole new demographic audience. Programming will revolve around Internet pop culture.FML Objective, develop a live network that connects people by a universal topic, entertainment. This theme will be used as a base to open deeper discussions about life, love, and social issues. Young adults are increasingly demanding an opportunity to express their views. Fame Music Life will let viewers do just that, no matter the country. Our goal has been to develop a broadcast gateway that uses branded social technology (Facebook messenger etc.) then merge it with television architecture to reach young diverse audiences. Founder/ Television CreativeVistamericas- Startup Nov 2006 - Sep 2008San Antonio, Texas Area / Los Angeles2006, I negotiated the rights to 6 hours of weekly satellite time from a privately owned television network, La Familia. Objective: Help turn the network into a viable brand by building up programming and bringing on advertisers to support the shows. Upon understanding our objective "VistaAmericas" was formed, we began the process of acquiring programming for the network. On a weekly basis we: -Scouted for content.-Searched for producers to acquire their content.- Looked for films that were ready for broadcast television.-Searched internationally for programming that could be licesned for free.-Reached out and communicated with advertising agencies to support the network. La Familia had no verifiable HH numbers, this was just one of the challenges faced. We had no budget or financial backing just a big dream to turn this network into a cross cultural giant. In late 2007 "La Famila" notified us that they lost their satellite rights. This ended our contract with La Familia.
