I'm a successful young entrepreneur, Civil Engineer by profession, Graduate with Masters Degree in Engineering from Instituto Tecnologico de Santo Domingo (INTEC), Master in construction management and was a certified project manager professional (PMP) from Florida International University (FIU) USA. With over 15 years experience, effectively leading a diverse work teams. CEO and founder of a variety of startup companies including INEGOL SRL which manages several businesses such as INEGOL 3D, BECUCINA and VIDA BE in the Dominican Republic. I'm a venture partner at Aspira Capital Management L.P. where we invest in early-stage companies founded by women and underrepresented minorities. I'm also a Project Director, with over 10 years experience, with one of the most prestigious real estate development companies in the Dominican Republic, Villa Palmera Inmobiliaria SRL. Involved in more than 1,000 high-end residential units built over the last decade and project consultant for private investors and other construction companies. I'm well-versed in Information Technology application, communication skills, coaching, and I have a natural talent for managing human resources. I'm also developing my investments skills, focusing on mentoring, evaluating and scaling early-stage companies.
