In addition, I provide support for corporate efforts in my areas of expertise: Procedures, Maintenance and Operations Support, training, and Corrective Actions; and I assist with the establishment of company goals and objectives to ensure that we assist clients in meeting their goals and objectives efficiently and effectively. I also perform assessments of utility processes and programs to ensure compliance with internal requirements and regulatory and industry best practices and I provide technical assistance to clients in support of their process improvement and corrective action programs.
