As the National Alumni Director, I was responsible to design and implement a corporate-wide program, National Alumni Program across 10 of our current addiction treatment centers. I also provide oversight and strategic planning to our alumni coordinators at each of our facilities as they lead the efforts to connect residential & IOP patient, alumni members and their families to our services. Lead strategic planner and visionary to launch “The Courage Program”, as a national corporate program to provide social services, resources and education to alumni. Partner with software, digital acquisition and marketing team to design and build-out of the CRM tracking systems to evaluate programming efforts, increase participation, manage alumni information, streamline readmissions and referrals processes.Established a corporate fiscal alumni budget of $450K for staffing, programming, marketing outreach and leadership development.Oversight of 250+ successful alumni re-admissions with a generated revenue of over 3 million dollars (YTD) for 2016.
