Promotional content developed for Character Development Initiative; wrote copy for Lawrence & Mayo public service ad films; developed content for HCL Character Development Centre; handled internal communications, brochures, and voice-over scripts for HCL CDC; & translation and transcription of certain documentaries and short films for a wider audience.

For a brief period of little more than six months, I was assigned to a special projects team. The objective was to prepare Internal Control systems for improvement in efficiency and effective utilization of resources. I was assigned to this team as a designer. I prepared the layout and user interface for the intranet based audit control system. Aside from that, I produced Flash-animated introductions for the intranet system and various other presentations for corporate visits and client visits. Moreover, as a customer service specialist, I designed and developed a web based Offline Response Library as an initiative for improving team performance.
