Responsible for the highly available and scalable technology that powers TurboTax Online, a $1.3B business, growing 15% per year. I also led the Customer Care Engineering team and Benefit Assist, TurboTax's offering that helped qualified customers receive nearly $150M in government benefits.Led TurboTax's strategy and execution of the Affordable Care Act resulting in a smooth and painless experience for customers filing their taxes. This included the launch of two new offerings: TurboTax Exemption Check and TurboTax Health Care Guide and Enrollment. Recipient of the Scott Cook Innovation Award given to those who create innovations that are new to the world and have significant quantifiable benefits. Specifically, I helped bring SmartLook to market (now known as TurboTax Live), enabling one-way video, screen sharing, and onscreen gesturing instantly for our customers and their interactions with our Customer Care and tax professionals.

Responsible for Zecco's overall mobile and tablet product strategy and execution. Launched Zecco Mobile (now TradeKing Mobile), Zecco’s first iOS and Android application, the highest rated (4.5 stars) online brokerage app in both the App Store and Google Play.
