I was asked to join 6fusion's Board of Advisors following the MarkITx acquisition.

Founded MarkITx, the first online exchange for trading used IT hardware. By providing market price transparency, a transaction guarantee and a physical equipment audit, we allowed data center operators to buy and sell equipment with confidence. Acquired by 6fusion.

We founded Cerrio to bring businesses a powerful yet easy-to-use platform for building and evolving distributed real-time systems.

As founder and head of BBR Trading's technology team, I have led the development of a platform that allows BBR to successfully compete with much larger trading groups. My focus at BBR has been on solving the hard classes of problems that make building trading systems difficult and time consuming. Our success with this approach has allowed us to build new trading tools in a small fraction of the time that most other trading firms require.

As the first developer at PEAK6, I helped build the foundation for their trading systems. I initially wore every tech hat, from sysadmin to programmer. As PEAK grew, my role became more focused on building trading and risk management tools. By the time I left, we had grown the tech team to about 30 members and PEAK6 had become one of the top derivatives trading firms.
