About Ben Oehler

For over 40 years, I have been a professional advisor to owners of businesses and philanthropic organizations. From 1999 to 2007 I had the opportunity to be the President and CEO of Waycrosse, Inc., advisor to the owners of Cargill Incorporated, one of the largest private companies in the world. I completed my work at Waycrosse in 2007 and founded Bashaw Group - a strategic advisor to privately owned businesses typically wrestling with the complex and inter-locking concerns of financial strategy, capital structure, liquidity, governance, education and philanthropy.
