As product manager, I am the product expert and am required to develop and make strategic decisions based on market and competitor analyses. These decisions directly influence the roadmap and lifecycle management of the products.I work together with the Roche global team to represent Canadian market needs while global roadmaps are developed. In this collaboration, I drive to influence and ensure the design of the global product meets those CDN requirements. This ultimately results in a successful CDN launch and commercialization. I also am responsible for bridging the gap between other internal stakeholders to ensure the success of the products including regulatory affairs, finance, customer support, and third party vendors.-Responsible for the commercial strategy for digital solutions in the Canadian market.-Promote change of mindset to show the value of our digital solutions.-Develop and execute commercial strategy for digital solutions.-Communicate the commercial analysis and strategies to the sales force.-Develop commercial partnership with various partners to optimize the adoption of our digital solutions.-Represent Roche Diagnostic Canada on international strategic committees.-Represent Roche Diagnostic Canada at international conventions.-Manage the life cycle of digital solutions (launch of new solutions, end-of-life strategy, …).-Assess new digital solutions for the Canadian market.-Represent Canada and influence Global roadmaps and lifecycle managements of the products.
