Doubled the revenue in 4 years, delivered the highest profitability of all the SIS regions, and reduced staff attrition to below 5% per annum.

Spent substantial time professionalizing the HR function for what was still a start-up company within the SLB corporation.

Four years developing the activities of Schlumberger GeoQuest over the UAE, Qatar, Iran and Yemen; doubled the revenue and quadrupled the net income. The major achievement was the sale and implementation of a petrotechnical information management system for the ADNOC group of companies, which system stayed in place and relevant for over 20 years.

In charge of starting up the sale and service support of Charisma 2D/3D geophysical interpretation systems over the Middle East region; gained 80% market share in two years.

Sailed with my family from France to Tahiti via the Panama Canal on a 40 foot sloop, then went island hopping around French Polynesia with compressor and diving tanks on board; I was "master and commander" for a year, and gathered unforgettable memories in the process.
