As an Implementation Manager, I'm overall responsible for the technical consultation during sales meetings, and also during the implementation of Adyen’s products and solutions. Working closely with the Sales and Account Management Team to grow the merchant portfolio and attend meetings with potential clients to determine the best solution to provide.Additionally, providing support to local merchants is part of the responsibilities and also working directly with internal Development Teams to deliver technical specifications of bespoke requirements for the platform and feed these into the appropriate work streams.I mostly work with retail clients and their integrators to optimise their online payments strategy across multiple markets & regions each with their own unique payment methods & quirks. I also guide client navigation through shifting financial/payments regulations such as PSD2, using Adyen's robust offerings & solutions built to fit merchant's needs.
