He trained in Parisian institutions that include l'Ecole Lenôtre, Bellouet and stagés at Pierre Hermé and Damiani.Adriano has opened seven stores throughout New South Wales and Victoria including a concept store at The Star Casino. Each shop sells the famous Zumbarons (macarons) as well as French pâtisseries, viennoiseries and elaborate desserts.My role at Adriano Zumbo pâtisseries was to provide the best service to our customers, aligned to Zumbo's brand image and its excellent reputation in Australia.
