Communication with sales rep and management to achieve our objectives.Repeat orders: processing rep and customer orders by email, phone and B2B website. Sales: finding the right products for retailers calling in. Suggestions for substitutions and complementary items. My objective is to turn every phone call into a sale. Selling the right product at the right price.
