Responsibilities- Lead the Quebec team in the sale of digital health solutions- Manage the sales cycle, from prospecting to conclusion- Sell paid subscriptions to health care providers- Build and maintain key partnerships in the start-up community and the public health sector in Quebec- Engage in exploratory discussions with public sector players in Quebec to target opportunities for collaboration

- Provide leadership and support to a team of 13 people, including training, developing and motivating staff to achieve the goals and objectives of the company- Create a high-performance climate and improve team development and capacity- Establish regional business plans with clear, measurable goals and ongoing monitoring- Manage individual and team performance by regular and continuous monitoring of sales activities in connection with the realization of the business plan- Mentoring, consulting, and coaching of the sales team

- Leverage, develop and maintain strategic relationship with key Head Office personnel at the dealership level- Develop and execute national business strategies to increase solutions on platforms and build brand awareness to increased assets and market share- Partner with the portfolio management team, product and marketing team, and sales team to identify opportunities for Dynamic solutions for targeted distribution channels- Increase volume of due diligence meetings, conferences along with representation of Dynamic Funds at events- Communicate knowledge gained from clients with the sales team, resulting in improved sales execution

- Provide leadership and direction to a team of 15 people, including training, developing and motivating staff to achieve the goals and objectives of the company- Preparation of business plans describing the elements that can lead to an action to preserve the assets, to reach the global budget and to reach the objectives of sale- Manage individual and team performance by regular and continuous monitoring of sales activities in connection with the realization of the business plan- Mentoring, consulting and coaching teams
