A highly proficient and motivated client side project director / Infrastructure lead with a Master’s in civil engineering, Benoit is currently leading the delivery of the site wide infrastructure (c£350m) for Brent Cross South (BXS) for Argent Related. Benoit is used to managing large and complex development infrastructure projects through his experience on BXS and King’s Cross project (Argent LLP), Greenwich Peninsula (Quintain Estates) and Elephant Park (Lend Lease). With more than seventeen year industry experience, Benoit is able develop strategic views and ensure their implementation to lead the delivery of his projects. His experience covers the full spectrum ranging from initial set up of strategies and associated Masterplan Cost Plan, to design and implementation phase through to procurement and negotiations of complex framework legal and commercial agreements with Main Contractors, Utility Networks Asset Owners and Energy Companies (ESCOs). Benoit has gained a unique insight and knowledge on various delivery models ensuring high quality infrastructure is delivered while costs are minimised, and project value maximised. Prior to his client side experience, Benoit worked as part of multi-disciplinary teams on large scale regeneration projects within the UK and in Saudi Arabia taking projects from masterplanning through to delivery.
