At SDCEM, manufacturer of HV/MV switches applied to hydro generation, Transmission & Distribution and railways electrification, I have created, developed and managed the sales activity up to reaching a very significant growth of the turnover of the company (+47% growth in 5 years) while building up a performing team of 10 employees. The international business has been developed through the creation of sales entities in China, Spain and Germany and the expansion of the commercial network worldwide. I was also managing directly key account customers (Alstom, Siemens, RTE, SNCF, etc.).

At GE Grid Solutions, major actor in energy and Transmission & Distribution grid solutions, I had the responsibility to develop the business and sales from business strategy, prospection towards major Utilities, bid submission and negotiations up to contract signing and execution of high voltage turnkey substations in Southeast Asia and Latin America.My detailed responsibilities & results:- 2004-2005: International Area Sales Manager - Business development of HV/MV turnkey substation projects in Southeast Asia. 60M€ contracts signed.- 2002-2003: Country Manager in Cuba - Business development of ALSTOMT&D solutions in Cuba, Project Management of all ALSTOM contracts execution in Cuba, set-up of ALSTOM Holdings office in Cuba and support to ALSTOM GRID Sales network in Central America. Rehabilitation of two 220/110kV substations in Havana, new rehabilitation contracts signed with Cuban Ministry of Industry.- 1998-2002: International Sales & Project Manager for HV/MV turnkey substation projects in Vietnam. 45M€ contracts signed, starting from scratch.
